John Belmonte serves as Advisor of Worl Precision, given his 3rd generation experience leadership and ownership of A&D precision machining.
John is the President and owner of Mitotec Precision (formerly Necedah Screw Machine Products) in Necedah, Wisconsin, a precision Swiss/CNC machining supplier serving aerospace, defense, medical, and fire-arms markets.
Under his leadership, Belmonte transitioned the company from its legacy cam-screw heritage (founded in 1963) into a high-tech CNC Swiss and multi-spindle shop — selecting a rare Tornos MultiSwiss 8×26 machine to dramatically reduce cycle times and increase flexibility across short-run, high-mix production.
Simultaneously, Belmonte instilled formal strategic systems (such as EOS), set 10-year, 3-year and annual planning cadences, reorganized leadership team structure, and actively stepped away from low-profit customers — pushing the company toward high-value, mission-critical work.
He emphasizes culture and workforce development: Belmonte leads efforts to recruit and train local talent, expose young people to advanced machining, and ensure that employees understand the “parts that matter” they are making — for aerospace, medical, and defense customers.
Under his stewardship, Mitotec has more than doubled revenue in recent years over a 12-24 month window, expanded workforce and technology footprint, and developed a manufacturing model capable of high-volume Swiss-machined components with sub-micron tolerance, positioning the business as a specialty supplier.
